How does advertising influence consumption?

The advertisement mostly telling the positive things about the products and making it more attractive in TV, boards, magazines, internet that how it is really look like. When they show all the attractive things about the product, the customers want it more and more and as soon as they can. Unfortunately the more it is out in the store, the cheaper it gets day by day. Some products having advertisement about a product but actually not real. For example some places sell like peaces of paper that write something, this time I'll use success. They are telling you when you wearing it, you will be successful in your jobs. That doesn't do anything, just making you belief that you can do it and you success.

Do you think citizens are sufficiently informed about the sustainability of our consumption habits? If not, how can we become more informed about sustainability issues?

No. Because an advertisement are just a few seconds of presenting and the company only want the positive things about the product to be shown. Otherwise the customers think more deeply about positive and negative more and is the negative more or positive. Also sometimes the things when a customer buys and don't know it is a good thing until they brought it.

Do you think these advertising techniques influence what you and your friends purchase?

Yes, because when we don't know about the product, we don't want it. When we knew about the product and we like it, we will try do buy it. 

For example Mickey is going to an Apple store. He planned to buy an iPod Touch. When he got in there, there is a screen that is an advertisement of an iPhone 5G, first 5 customers buy it will have 50% discount. Mickey looked at his pocket and he have just enough money to buy iPod or iPhone 5G.

In class, Percy always got a D in all subjects. He blamed his seat made him stupid, and he wanted a high grades. Percy changed his seat all the time. Nothing helped him, until he decided: “I’m dumb not because of my sit; I’m dump because of the place I live.” He immigrated all countries in Western Europe to Japan, Canada to Mexico, he’d been in all continents of earth. All the grades he gots, is lower than F.

Once he played soccer, and thought he was good at it. Percy flew to Brazil and joined a team. Stopped studying and changed to practicing soccer. Later, he nearly became an ace in the team. Percy thought he finally settled at one place. When the important match came, he picked up the soccer ball right in the start of the game and got red card. “What should I do now?” Percy miserably asked himself: “I can’t even remember the simplest rules of soccer! What in the world I will be able to do?”

5. Just in Summer 2010 there was 3 weeks of hot summer weather in Russia which raise to 30-39 degrees C and because of the weather was so hot, it created fire in the forest and burn a big part of it. (Moscow) for a month the smoke was in the city, making road impossible for long vision, children, teenagers, adult get diseases with breathing, lungs and etc. After a man made rain come by, but still the smoke wasn’t gone. A lot of people in Moscow go to St. Petersburg to avoid the smoke and the news come to my mother and father’s home town and every one worried. Luckily I’m not in Moscow, I’m in St. Petersburg.

7. global warming messes things up, like animals that created to live in cold areas (penguins, polar bears, seals, etc.) but the earth is getting hotter so it makes condition of living harder. Example penguins have a thick layer of fat helping them to keep heat in their body temperature warm, now the earth is getting hotter and their layers of fat also keeps the heat in, as scientist telling: heat travels from hot to cold places. So penguins body temperature before some escape to out but now the outside temperature is hotter so more heat come into their body that kills penguins. Icecaps melt make the sea water rise and flood. Human that lives near the ocean have to leave their places and go closer to land, leaving all their property. Some of their property is bad for environment like trash cans, rusted cars, some strong electric charged.

The Charlie Bit My Finger Again Island (shorter version)

Welcome to Charlie Bit My Finger again island! This will tell you all about the geography, culture, history of the island and the people in here.

First there are only two countries and it’s surrounded by water. One is Charlie Land, people are called Charlies. United Areas of Harry (UAH) is another they are called Harryans. Their capital is in the middle of the Northern part of the country. Saint Charlieburg is the capital of Charlie land and Harry’s capital is called Harry D.C. On North of UAH is a tropical jungle called Hair. South of Harry D.C., there are mountain called Noses, but south of those mountains is a lake name Mouth. West of Harry D.C., it is the ocean named Pacific Background Ocean, to the East of Harry D.C., it’s Charlie Land.

Saint Charlieburg’s North has an area of strong wind but the air there is clean. Around the capital is a perfect straight landscape and south of it is a lake. West of Saint Charlieburg is UAH and east is Pacific Background Ocean. All the way down the lake is a large volcano that is highest point the island. That volcano surrounded by mountains.

The tradition of these two countries is every 4 years of life, the people UAH have go to Charlie land, find a person younger of age and let Charlies bite our finger for luck and happiness. The UAH people’s fingers keep being biten but they have to live peacefully because two rulers of the countries were brothers.

Most of the people in UAH live in Harry D.C. There are too many people in the city so some of them have to leave. Spread through western island, some are friendly with their neighbor but there is a city that attacks Charlie land.

The Charlies started their lives in the capital Saint Charlieburg, but people split into groups to find goods in their country. They spread all the way from strong wind area to the Volcano at the South.

For now the people keep going up to solve the mystery that last for hungered years. People that went to the East now they have a big civilization name Harryania there and trading goods with Charlie land. Some went to West and make a village near the Pacific Background Ocean name of the city is Harrypania and build boats for people to travel to Charlie land and trade with Charlie land by boats. People that went to South, they found the lake and start a village there and named The Holy Harry (THH). But there’s a secret that only people in that land know that is The Holy Harry is just a fake skin of the name of the country, the actual name is The Hated Humans. Then they stop follow the traditional belief, they start to attack Charlie land to take over the land of south village of Charlie land. On the way of attacking, THH made a small village for a stop and rest, then they continue on they invasion. The people that lives South of UAH called The Red Finger, they so classic that they don’t know how to make a ship.

The Charlies started their lives in the capital Saint Charlieburg, but people split into groups to find goods in their country. Some went to North West and they found a flat landscape to live so they started a city in there named Charllon, same with people went to North East name Charlin but some people in Charlin moved East and build a city near Pacific Background Ocean annd named their city Charlogia, also Charlin city get some people that moved North to Strong wind area and some stay but some moved. The people that went south, they have to defend their country from THH attacks, named that place Chareling City. Some people escape to Southern behind the volcano, they named their village Chareling Village. Some barbarians had come from mountains come out and joined them, they trade things with the Red Finger by their ships.

What I've learned through project

people that living in Viet Nam doesn't mean their grandparents, ancestors lived here a long time ago. Each family have their own transition different from other people; some are Cristian and Buddhist and some are 100% Buddhist.

when I came i only viewed 5 people's and I learned that not only Khai like to shoot in his house, his brother too, and didn't know he was in Florida to shoot targets, and collection of coins. Samantha like to read books, and Aeris too but she like romance books and Mangas, she also have lot of Japanese coins.

St. Petersburb

St. Petersburg is the place that king and queen lived for a long time till XX century, because of that it can be visit and and enjoyed anytime in the year

In summer tourist can go to Summer Place (Hermitage) because that was palace of the kings, in there have the highest fountain in Russia. Also enjoy sleepless nights of river Neva (main river of St. Petersburg) when it's middle of the night, it's a very beautiful period of time because bridges opens and light are very beautiful.

Peter the Great laid out the plans for the Peter and Paul Fortress on Zayachy Island in 1703 to defend the area from the Swedes, but it soon became a political prison. Among the famous prisoners to be held here were Dostoevsky, Gorky and Trotsky, as well as Peter's own son, Alexei. The bleak cells have been converted into a museum, along with the Commandant's House where prisoners were tried. The highlight of the fort is the imposing Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul, whose soaring gold spire is visible from all over St Petersburg. For an additional fee, you can enter the cathedral to see the gorgeous baroque interior and the surprisingly modest tombs of Russia's pre-revolutionary leaders, from Peter the Great to Nicholas II. The bell tower can only be visited on an organized tour. You can also buy a ticket to walk along the fortress walls for stunning views over the Neva River towards the Admiralty and Hermitage.

My nick name is Michael, this name came from Hebrew and this name means gift from god. My real name is Dao Quang Minh. I born in Russia in November 28 1996 which is the year of the Mouse and month of bowman. Even if I 14 years old but still study in 8th grade because I started study 1st grade when I was 7 years old. Now I don't mind because I'm the only one, but I was only one sense 1st grade till 5th.

In my family have four people; my mom, my dad, sister and me. My mother's name is Nguyen Thi Lung and father's name Dao Dai Hai, and my sister's name is Dao Van Anh. My sister also born in Russia, this year she is 5 years old. My dad and my mom born in Viet Nam, mom is 40 years old and my dad is 41.

I like to make movies and upload up on YouTube, especially maple music video. I like nearly all type of music but not transitional musics. I like videos of people made by them self on YouTube because there sometimes have something original that no movies have. I don't like to read books too much but I still read and only finished and like 3 books: The Lighting Thief, The Curse of The Titans, The Battle of Labyrinth, and I'm planning to read; sea of monsters, and last Olympian.
